I’m part of Teran Rojas as administrator, I started working for
CVM in November 2023. I’m in charge of managing the projects
and maintenance of common areas, as well as solving problems
and providing services that the condominium requires.
I consider myself a positive, supportive and empathetic person.
My hobbies are go biking, listen to music, read horror books and
watch horror movies, but one thing I love is drink coffee.

Yesenia (Yesi) Organes

I worked at CVM in 2016 for a short time, and then came back again in 2021. I'm part of Teran Rojas for 23 years. I'm the person in charge of financial statements, coordinate with the board, annual budget, accounting records and tax filings. I work closely with rossy and Elohim to have everything under control at CVM.
I have 3 kids. The oldest is 20, the second (a girl) is 15 and the baby, the "campion", is 5.
My favorite hobby is to stay at home and watch a good movie with pizza and wine with my family.

I’m part of the Teran Rojas. I’m responsible for supervising and organizing maintenance projects.
My hobbies are sports and reading. My favorite book is Free Man and Good Manners. I’m currently studying English.

Everardo Teran
-CPA-
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I come from a family of Accountants (my father and older brother). I have four boys.
I have more than 30 years of experience and I am a business advisor in different areas: Foreign Investment Construction, Real Estate Developments, Tourism, Agriculture and Cattle services and Commerce. I also form part as an External Advisor of diverse Administrative Boards or as part of their Surveillance Committee.
I am a Certified Public Accountant by the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Publicos (Mexican Institute of Public Accountants). I have a Corporate Law course to have a general view of corporations in Mexico, including their constitution, operation, and control, as well as an approach to corporations in the U.S.

I’m in charge of taking care of and watering the plants, as well as treating and trimming them.
I was a construction assistant at the CVM and worked for 7 years in maintenance at a hotel and in the marina's irrigation system.

food is seafood. I really enjoy being with family and friends.
My hobby is playing soccer.

I’m in charge of cleaning the condominium, I sweep common areas, wash the floors and sometimes I paint them.
I’m friendly, I like making friends, I enjoy my job and I help my colleagues when they need it. My hobbies are going for walks with my dogs, going to the movies and hanging out with friends.

Hello, I'm Andres Vazquez. I'm a security guard in charge of taking care of the entrance and surroundings of CVM.
I love going to the beach and playing soccer is my passion.

I worked in the Marine - Mexican Navy for over 30 years. I have a lot of experience in maintenance and security.

I am a night security guard. I'm the one who supervises the entrance to CVM and I do tours around the property to ensure that everything is in perfect condition.
I really like eating rajas with cream and my hobby is going to the beach with family and friends.

I am in charge of taking care of the entrance and surrounding of CVM.
I really like mole and aporreadillo. My hobby is going for a walk and I like to help others.

Property Management
Dulce Ramirez
Dulce is not an employee of CVM but is the smiling face that greets you when you arrive.
She is located under the overhang in building B, where most taxi cabs drop you.
Dulce is a property manager for several owners at CVM and for those owners and their guests she is available to help with all maintenance issues for the condo and any assistance in arriving and departing from the condo.
She is also available for those owners and their guests for private tours, arranging dinner reservations and tours.
She is not Guest Services for the general population of CVM, please be certain if Dulce is not your property manager that your guests are aware that she is not an employee of CVM and to contact your property manager for additional information.
