Bylaw functions of SC​

 

ARTICLE 65. The functions of the Surveillance Committee are, besides those mentioned in these Bylaws, the following:

 

I. Supervising that the Administrator fulfills the decisions of the General Assembly.

 

II. - Supervising that the administrator carries on all his functions.

 

III. - Hiring and terminating the professional services of the Administrator.

 

IV.- Give in a certain moment, its conformity to the execution of the works in the private or common areas of the condominium.

 

V. - Check and verify the statements that the administrator must fender to the General Assembly.

 

VI.-Verify and monitor the investment of the funds.

 

VII. Report to the General Assembly its observations on the administration of the condominium

 

VIII.-Assist the Administrator regarding those owners in the fulfillment of their obligations.

 

IX.- Convening a General Assembly, when the condominium owners have required it to the administrator and he does not do it within three days of their request.

 

Likewise, when in its opinion is necessary to inform the General Assembly of irregularities incurred by the Administrator notifying him so he can appear before the Assembly;

 

X Request the presence of a public notary in the cases mentioned in the law or those which they consider necessary.

 

XI. Other arising from the Law, the application of others that impose duties in on his behalf, as well as the Deed of condominium and this Bylaws .

 

XII.- In general, all those functions that help in the surveillance of the Administration of the condominium and are not specifically assigned to the Administrator by the Law of Property in condominium for the state of Guerrero number 557, or the present Bylaws.
